Terms of Service

Last updated May 29, 2026

These terms govern your access to and use of Sendvo (the “Service”), the direct-mail operator console available at app.sendvo.io. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. Sendvo is currently offered as an invited pilot and these terms may change as the Service develops.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information and use the Service only for lawful direct-mail purposes. You must have the right to mail to any address you target, and you may not use the Service to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or harmful mail.

Credits and payment

The Service runs on credits. You purchase credits in advance and spend them when you build an audience or send a campaign. Pricing is shown in the app before you commit to any charge. One credit equals one United States cent of value within the Service; credits have no cash value outside it.

Credits are non-refundable. Once purchased, credits cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, or transferred to another workspace or person. Building an audience and sending a campaign consume credits at the moment the action is confirmed, and those credits are not returned once the action succeeds.

Cancellation

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time by contacting us; any unused credits remaining at that time are forfeited and are not refunded.

Mail and delivery

Sendvo prepares and submits postcards to a third-party print-and-mail provider and the United States Postal Service for delivery. We do not guarantee delivery, delivery timing, or any particular response or business outcome from a campaign. Mailing addresses and delivery tracking are provided on an as-available basis.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it without authorization, interfering with its operation, or using it to send mail that is illegal or that violates the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate access that we reasonably believe violates these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sendvo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@sendvo.io.
