This policy explains what information Sendvo collects when you use the operator console at app.sendvo.io, how we use it, and the choices you have. Sendvo is currently offered as an invited pilot and this policy may change as the Service develops.
Information we collect
Account information. When you sign up we collect your email address and, if you sign in with Google, basic profile information from that account. We use this to create your workspace and authenticate you.
Audience and campaign data. When you build an audience we obtain mailing addresses and related records from our address-data partner based on the geographic and filtering criteria you choose. When you send a campaign we store the postcard design and a snapshot of the addresses we mailed, along with delivery status.
Payment information. Credit purchases are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers; we receive a confirmation that a payment succeeded and the amount.
Usage information. We collect basic technical and error information to keep the Service running and to diagnose problems.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to operate the Service: to authenticate you, build the audiences you request, print and mail your campaigns, process payments, show delivery tracking, provide support, and keep the Service secure. We do not sell your personal information.
How we share information
We share information with the service providers that make the Service work — our address-data partner, our print-and-mail and postal partners, our payment processor, our hosting and database providers, and our email and error-monitoring providers — only as needed to deliver the Service to you. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Mailing addresses
Audiences contain real residential mailing addresses. You are responsible for using them only for lawful direct mail. When you send a campaign, the addresses we actually mailed are retained as part of your campaign history so you have a record of what was sent.
Data retention and security
We retain your account, audience, and campaign data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, though no system is perfectly secure.
Your choices
You can request access to or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. During the pilot, account and data deletion is handled manually on request.
